While working as an installer and trainer for Captioncall - Sorenson, providing caption telephone service for people who happen to be Hard-of-hearing, I tripled the speed of installs while maintaining excellent rapport with customers. This increased the team profits, from December 2020, to July, 2021. Here, I learned to listen to people for accuracy, intuiting their needs, and gain expertise with new CRMS. Security and multi-layered encryption became a thrill. Keeping customer data secure was a federal charge in my daily work. In 2017-2020, I designed networks for residential and commercial clients. At that time, I learned electrical wiring and wireless/wired networking in the field. I speak fluent conversational Mandarin Chinese, and am as passionate about people as I am the hard skills.

Pharmacy Technician - Nashville (Antioch)
Walgreens Pharmacy – The 24-hour store boasted a gigantic sales volume three times that of the calm store in which I trained. Yet, I found myself able to work efficiently and independently, except for cases requiring the authority of the Pharmacist. The customer interaction allowed me to easily adapt. The Tennessee State Health Board granted me a Pharmacy Technician license in January, 2016. In January 2017, two customers called the corporate office to formally comment on how I had served them.
Marketing Manager
NewBath Alabama – Birmingham, AL; May 2013 to December 2014.. I was responsible for writing up employee reports, increasing ROI through social media and web-based e-mail marketing. I led a team door-to-door canvassing sales.
Recording Technician
World Christian Broadcasting – Franklin, TN; May 2012 to May 2013. This job led to further developing my understanding of writing broadcast messages, and how to master sound files into the final product. Challenges included my limited Chinese vocabulary & listening skills, both of which improved drastically.
