ØI Working on Reifenhauser, Brampton,windmollar and Bandera company Blown film plant. Machine have co extrusion Blown film lines up to 3,5,7 and 9 layers and output ranging 450 Kg/hr to 1200 Kg/hr and film width up to 2 mtr to 11 mtr of machine.

ØMachine have latest technology like Gravimetric feeding, Auto width and Thickness control, USB controlled Internal Bubble cooling.

ØI have experience to making various packaging films like Liquid packaging films - milk film. Lamination grade film.lamitube film, high barrier film like nylon and evoh based film and Agricultural film for various application like in Agriculture .Greenhouse film.

ØTo monitor and control Scrap and to initiate appropriate measures for reduction of scrap.

I joined company on 01.05.2018 .I am workoing in this company as a production engineer. Company make high Barrier film based Nylon and Evoh, lamination based film,milk film.

Work experience (past):I worked in vishakha polyfab pvt ltd.company have 7 layer water quench machine (downword technic),5 layer Reifenhauser kiefel,7 and 9 layer of Brampton machine and 5 layer of Bandera machine.company make high barrier film like nylon & evoh based film and also make 5 Agriculture film.I joined company on 05.09.2017 and releave on 30.04.2018.i was work in this company as a production executive.company make oil film,special milk film with evoh based film,thermoforming film,nylon & evoh based tube for food packaging pouch.

I have joined this company on 31.03.2017.company manufacturing carry bags, water pouch films . I leaved this company on 22.05.2017.
