Currently, I am assigned field work throughout Montgomery County to currently measure new houses and fill out appraisal cards take photos and document any pertinent information about the property into the account, also abstract properties which are rural and on more than an acre of land these accounts are assigned and working in teams is imperative for safety and for appraisers to see different properties and different types of houses and buildings and understand how to title them on the appraisal card. Also during times to protest properties I conduct informal hearings to try and settle the accounts with property owners and agents, I am also in charge of an appraisal review board hearing meaning I run the computer, record the hearing and present evidence from the district showing why or how we have come to the market value and keep all paperwork in order and give it to the appraisal clerks for retention. I also handle researching affidavits on protested properties and answer property owners questions.

At Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office answering numerous phone calls from public, remain calm and professional while on the line with hysterical callers, dispatching deputies from my agency and outside agencies, continuous communication with other agencies, training others, typing, ability to decipher and retain important information pertaining to the incident, knowledgeable of TCIC/NCIC and licensed, SAFVIC trained and CERT trained and federal government regulations, proficient use of police CAD. Keeping work matters confidential within the law enforcement community. Also shift lead left in charge of entire shift and email and paging contact on major incidents. Communications training officer I trained new hires how to answer 911 calls, how to run TLETS and how to work the radio system and dispatch calls.

Project Angel Tree Coordinator

At the Salvation Army in Conroe, Texas I registered qualifying participants into the angel tree program documenting all eligible candidates, I input all the information into our databases. I assisted in moving all of the supplies from storage to the warehouse location. I also worked at The Woodlands Mall promotion Project Angel Tree and sought families to adopt the registered angels and received donations. At The Woodlands Mall I partnered with local volunteers to assist in finding adopted families to adopt Angels I also worked at the warehouse part of my time and filled orders that the participants of project angel tree had asked for. I also was interviewed by a local school for a project they were doing on good faith in the holidays on Project Angel Tree and explained the program to them. On disbursement days at the end of the program I checked in registered candidates of Project Angel tree, I also made sure all the participants received gifts and checked the order for correctness and consistency. I helped manage volunteers in the warehouse and re arrange the warehouse when needed.

Decide off of police offense logs which cases are dealing with victims of violent crimes. Gather information about the victim from the local system and document the victim’s information onto offense logs. Next, send the victim a contact letter from my agency and an application for Crime Victim Compensation and other information that can help them. Document the victim and the time of victimization and demographics onto a spreadsheet and keep statics. When assigned to be the administrative assistant I opened the office, totaled the previous days sales, totaled how many tickets sold and distributed tickets among that days drivers, answered all calls, e-mailed that day’s work to the company’s base in Florida, deposited sales into local bank, totaled employees hours from the previous day.

Tomball Regional Hospital, the Heritage Retirement Home Served the residents’ breakfast lunch and dinner, cut salad fixings, desserts, and fruit, polished silverware, set up formal dining tables, restocked refrigerator. I also assisted in catering special events and enjoyed knowing the residents of the community by name. I also worked serving food in the Alzheimer unit and spoke to the residents, family of the residents of dietary needs and helped deliver to go orders to resident’s rooms. Etc.
