I have multiple skills that apply to construction. Examples are framing, drywall, plumbing, wiring ( house & security), sheet metal fabrication, installation of windows, doors, skylights. Detailed finish and trim work. Installation of floor coverings from carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and tile.

I like trying to help people with their problems or issues that they are dealing with, to reduce stress on their behalf.

I started as a journeyman carpenter then moved into an on-site safety position on the job sites that I worked on, along with continuing with my carpenter skills, i.e.- setting and maintaining safety railings, cables.

I monitored crews from 2 – 1500 workers on various commercial construction sites from single story to 43 story buildings. I was also the site Safety Coordinator/ EMT (1st responder) to accidents, since I was a volunteer Firefighter/ EMT for North Highline FD for 14 years.
