I cut off wings, legs, breast and tenders, corrected any bones on the meat. I also loaded the conveyor belt with chicken, as well as trained people to take my place there.
Initially I began this job as Tender debone, it was easier than the other job I tried much later. I wanted to move up in the company and wanted to learn shoulder cut but as I began training others wanted to skip the line I waited months on, so I had to fight for my spot to learn that position and earn more money. I succeeded very well there and others weren't able to do the same. I also feel that doing that job as a women helped the other female workers see that they can also try a harder job and succeed there.

I trained as a cashier for seasonal, about a month after working I was put on full time and began training new workers. I helped any customers with their questions.

Strengths
I am a very fast learner, I believe I can do any job and do it very well. I have confidence in myself and know I could be a great fit for your company. I took multiple computer classes in high school, I would need a touch of practice but I am certain after a few weeks or so I could be near perfect with my WPM as well as necessary knowledge and more of the Microsoft Word, Excel, Access. I just need a bit of practice during training process. I have initiative, leadership qualities, I learn my company to help answer any questions whether from customers or fellow employees. I like to be helpful I am a problem solver, I can handle making difficult decisions when someone else cannot.
