SUMMARY STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare Annual and strategic plan.

Drafting and summiting weekly and monthly reports timely.

Supporting children by providing counseling and guidance.

Developing and presenting news for the public through mini media.

Providing camp based service in RRS by leading anti-Illegal migration/ human trafficking club working with IOM Agency for security

Working closely with Plan, UNICEF, Save, IRC, UNHCR and other implementing partners in humanity, education and child protection and refugee security and so on

Conducting action research and having different data collection methods and data management analysis (quantitative and qualitative tools) to tackle emergency response

Provide training for refugee teachers and students on quarterly bases

Work very closely with PTSA (Parents, teachers and students association) members

Mobilize community to enhance students enrollment and retention rate at school

Organize school clubs such as anti-illegal migration, Child right, Environmental, sc

Support teachers to provide make up and tutorial classes for female students and academically weak learners

Routinely communicate with parents to reduce children dropout rate and minimize possible risks
