Fatherhood Program: State Manager (2001-2011)
Drove strategy and execution of core work and activities of Fatherhood staff for DCSS customers. Oversaw + 6,000 cases, worked by 25 case managers statewide. Collaborated with other state social services agencies, including the Department of Corrections and Pardons and Parole, most notably for paternity testing and early intervention/outreach for newly released
inmates. Developed and facilitated quarterly staff training to maintain skills and update knowledge of policies and procedures.

Achieved the Governor’s “Excellence in Customer Service” Team and Outreach awards, in two consecutive years.
