2013-2014 : In Mexico I attended college courses to improve, understand and learn the Spanish language.While doing so I opened a business called (Internet} it was an internet establishment for local kids that needed the use of computers to be able to turn assignments in sufficiently. 2014-2015: I was an assistant manager at Walgreens helping with organizing and filing work schedules.By maintaining a professional work environment making sure that every customer was satisfied with their visit at this location.
2015-2017: REMAX/360TENX while working here I was a real estate agent and a secretary for the CEO and founder of 360TENX for this company. I was in charge of making sure each client understood the program and how our policy and agency were different from any other realty company. 2017-2019: O’hare International airport my position was a front desk agent. Guests would arrive at the terminal and see me first. I would revise and educate each guest with the rules and regulations in Spanish and English of the specific airline.While doing so I would check their bags and luggages in while explaining and asking specific questions of the belongings that are going to board our airline. 2020-2021: The Omni hotel & resort- A front desk agent organizing and filing things for the guests that arrived by knowing spanish and english it was a big advantage to please guests that simply needed a translator for a situation or common questions of the hotel itself.Before entering the front desk position I started off as a hotel operator and this position really gave me a better understanding of what guests expect and how to deal with situations without any hostility.
