JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Roles:

Managed Parent Stock – Brooding, Growing and laying birds as per Breeders recommendations

Monitoring the Birds body weight increment as per the standard. Allocate the feed gram based on the body weight increment and the same to be discussed with Head.

Monitor the production and giving the feed based on the production.

Monitor the Males management as per the breeder management.

Monitor the AI procedure as per standard and also check the hatchability regularly.

Regular farm visit to be planned based on the problem and requirements priority.

Monitor and ensure the follow up of vaccine and medication schedule in farms.

Ensure the bio-security and safety in and around the farm premises.

Monitor the birds health and hygiene of the farm with coordinating through micro-lab monthly once.

Ensure the Birds comfort ability by monitoring the floor, feeding, and water space.

Cross verify the inventories like Feed, Medicines, Disinfectant physically during Farm visits

Prepared the yearly Budget & the productivity reports for the periodical Review meeting

Responsible for submission of daily, weekly, monthly reports of the branch performance in terms of productivity & livability.

Collect production reports from the farms same to be consolidated and reported to the Head.

Chick and grower bird placement as per the budget.

Ensure the all the reports and registers are updated in the farm level.

Ensure the availability of required Feed, Medicine, Disinfectant and Vaccine in the farm level and also maintain the inventory required level and avoid unnecessary stock maintenance.

Ensure all the Production entries are in online in ERP by discussion with the branch accountant.

Develop the subordinate by giving continual training, appreciation for their performance and giving the delegation of authority.

Monitoring the cleanliness in and around the farm, feeder, drinker, water tank and labour quarters area.

Knowledge and experienced in quality control laboratory Poultry disease diagnosis and Bacteriological, Serological analysis.

Postmortem lesions analysis for Bacterial and Viral diseases. System Knowledge:
