I am of the belief that Human Resource remains the greatest and most powerful asset of every organization. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
•Develop and implement HR initiative and strategies.
•Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
•Maintain and update employee record file (profile form, guarantor’s form, leave form, etc.)
•Develop KPIs for different roles such as Accountant, Production Manager, Sales Manager, Store Manager, etc.
