ACTIVITIES
I was honored and privileged to coach football at Carlisle High School where I graduated. I was named the head JV coach my second year coaching where I was able to take a team that went 1-9 the previous year to 6-4 the year I ran the program.
I signed a professional football contract overseas, where I played football for the Kikinda Mammoths of Serbia and was an ambassador for American football. I took my knowledge abroad and was able to go to different villages and schools and teach the game of football. Also, while I was in Serbia I volunteered to help coach a youth football team and give back to the village that took me in. In 2020 I joined a XOS program at GXO Logistics where I was paired up with a supervisor as a mentor. Dwight Rouch was a senior supervisor with years of experience who guided me in different management scenarios and how to conduct myself. The information that was provided and that I retained has a lot to do with the leader I am today when it comes to employee engagement and management skills.
