Mr. Lance Chwan, a former U.S. Marine Infantyman and Project Manger at several US Embassies and Consulates worldwide. Also served as Force Protection Supervisor for US Military/NATO Bases. Has more than 25 years of U.S. Government security and International law enforcement experience. His experience also includes more than 7 years as a Countermeasures Instructor with Diplomatic Security Sevice at more than 100 U.S. Embassies, Consulates and Government Facilities throughout the world. Mr. Chwan also served 5 Years as a Detachment Commander, supervising teams of Marines Security Guards. As a Project Manager/Operations Supervisor, he managed several Armed and Unarmed Guard Force’s numbering as high as 800 Men/Women. Project Manager USE Embassy Lusaka, Zambia. Torres AES, Lusaka, Zambia:

• Coordinated with the operations team to establish strategic priorities and timelines guard projects.Managed Contractor workforce and maintained liaison with the U.S. Government

• Served as Force Protection Operations Supervisor Program for over 100 armed security personnel responsible for 24 hour, 7 days/week physical security and force protection for a US/NATO Base in the Balkan region.

Senior Subject Matter Expert with the Bureau of Diplomatic Security at the U.S. Department of State:

• Served as Senior SME for the Countermeasures Division, Weapons of Mass Destruction

(DSS/C/WMD) assigned to conduct Threat Assessments and training for all US mission personnel assigned to American Embassies US Consulates overseas.

• Personally developed a 40-hour First Responder Course for Teams assigned by the Regional Security Office to address WMD Threats and vulnerabilities.
