Testing included: Additive content using HPLC, Gas Chromatograph, FTIR, and Color Spectrometry. Physical testing such as Determination of Melt Index, Film Quality, Density characteristics, ASH content, and SLIP content.

Process Technician – February 1996 –July1999

Monitor and maintain operation process equipment in a safe manner and in accordance with unit guidelines and SOP’s.

Performed light maintenance duties on equipment and storage vessels, dryer, conveyor systems and reactors.

Responsible for permitting maintenance to perform activities in a safe manner.

Prepare and submit monthly wastewater discharge reports to State and Federal Agencies. Interface directly with Federal, State and County Environmental Agency personnel during compliance inspections.
