Hard-charging self-starter with 21 years of honorable service in the United States Navy as a Chief Cryptologic Technician (Maintenance) (SW/AW) and an Information Systems Technician (SW/AW). 2020-8/2021 TRAINING SPECIALIST, Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Corry Station Analyze training and development needs to monitor the effectiveness of training methods, techniques, and tools in order to design and develop courses and programs. Advise the command on matters pertaining to training and education programs. Monitor course effectiveness evaluations for operational curriculum and courseware. Approve curriculum or training plans appropriate to the subject matter area. Analyze and approve instructional material for changes to improve cryptologic curriculum. Provide curriculum and audit management support for the entire command. Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing testing programs in order to make recommendations for NETC approval and the effectiveness of the programs. Assist in conducting Formal Course Reviews (FCRs) and Internal Course Reviews (ICRs) in order to improve training.

2019-2019 TRAINING SPECIALIST, Cyber Mission Force at CIWT Created and managed curriculum configuration, course control documents, CIN/CDP request, Course Master Schedules, and Training Project Plans (TPP) for the Cyber Mission Force. Coordinated with Course Supervisors, Instructors, and CCMM personnel in curriculum development, revision of lesson plans, Test Question banks, Trainee Guides, Performance Test, Interactive courseware, and Testing Plans to resolve training issues and correct discrepancies.
