Worked with Accessory Engineering and Suppliers developing and launching interior and exterior products across all Nissan product lines for sale in the Americas Region. Reviewed and approved - Service Parts PPAP for past model parts and manufacturing location changes.

Was a member of the sourcing team for interior and exterior Accessory parts. Reviewed 3MIS Warranty on a weekly basis.

Parts produced were Painted Weldments,the Front Axle (Engine) Cradle and Transmission Crossmember.

Drove PPM Down from 1000+ PPM to 0 ppm for the month of August 2016 for both products. This had never been achieved during the 3 plus years of the life of the program. 3rd party containment Drove containment down from 3 sites to the last to be discontinued by the end of November 2016.

Redesigned the End of Line Inspection to reduce from 7 stations to 4 stations with a headcount reduction from 8 to 6 workers.

Revised all Production Work Instructions and Quality Work Instruction for both FAC and TCM lines.

Reviewed all customer returns to complete root cause analysis. Traveled to customer locations on customer concerns, was able to help customers with issues and reduce non-supplier issues.
