Excellent communication coupled with high-level scheduling management and prioritization skills. I can efficiently make adjustments based on changing priorities. • Hiring gravel trucks to haul aggregate to various jobs within the city and surrounding areas.

• Talking to contractors’ job foreman and customers regarding aggregate orders and arranging timely deliveries.

• Job costing.

• Detailing paperwork for payment.

• Making sure equipment is in proper locations and in running order.

• Problems are delegated to the appropriate sector.

• Dealing with the public regarding questions or concerns, customer accounts, and pricing.

• Inputting data daily, of aggregate totals inventory and site locations.

• Switching staff around when situations arise.

• Having weekly tailgate safety meetings to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. Also Enforcing that proper PPE is always worn.

I like to tinker in my yard. I am a mother and a Gramma. My family is very important to me. I want to become a foster parent. I donate blood. I'm a great friend to have. I'm not a very good cook. I have my CPR training my basic life-saving training. I also have crisis management training. I also I have my boat licence and I was ordained on the internet to be a minister. That is something not everyone has.

Activities and Interests,

I was a Lifeguard many years ago, I have my smart serve. I volunteer every year at our town Callithumpian weekend. I canvas for heart and stroke. I help the local public school generate money for graduations.
