TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: As Training Technician, serve as organizational point of contact for inquiries concerning student management data and as principal office assistant performing a myriad of clerical and administrative duties, to include registrar focal point duties and performing office automation. PERSONNEL SUPPORT & OFFICE AUTOMATION APPLICATION: Provide oversight to one subordinate training technician in support of approximately 185 personnel across Lackland Air Force Base. Identify and reconcile discrepancies in database systems and spreadsheets and recorded changes in status. Employ office automation software to produce program documents using a wide variety of formats. Review and process correspondence, program materials, and publications as well as organizational regulations and directives.
