Together with my team or estimators, successfully bid and awarded a full turnkey, five year $95 million dollar, NYC Bronx contract. Was promoted to Vice President of our Energy Division thereafter, fully overseeing all day to day operations. Dealing with all Unions, vendors and Con Ed management. Within the following 6 months, bid and was successfully awarded an additional Westchester Gas contract, three years $66 million dollars. Overseeing approximately 20 crews and all day to day operations of both contracts concurrently.

Director of Operations 10/2017 to 01/2020

Hired to handle a new energy division from the ground up. Began with a 3 year NYC Queens contract, with approximately 2-3 crews laying gas main pipe of all sizes. Responsible for hiring and overseeing all staff, office and crews. Responsible for all scheduling, dispatching and tracking of all jobs. Interfacing with all vendors, purchase and approval of all heavy equipment and materials. Within 6 months and performing ahead of schedule, we were approached to be a full turnkey contractor for Con Ed performing live gas work for the county.
