Summary:
I have a diversified background from shipping/ manufacturing international freight Fob/LTL/Refer scheduling, to home health care/ Hospice to end up a Phlebotomist/CAN/ Medicare Billing Assistant.
Because of this, I bring with me the strategic thinking of multiple areas of business resulting in hard skills such as conflict resolution . I am proficient at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and have been learning Gsuite.
I have the soft skills of being an excellent communicator. I have the ability to intuit my customer’s needs and am very skilled at dissolving complicated customer complaints. I am a team player but also can meet a deadline un supervised.
Please keep in mind that I can master just about any software preference you use for implementation in your office. There are so very many glossy platforms available regarding B2B and B2C businesses. I am comfortable in both settings. Most software is designed with repetitiveness of data entry in mind for success after the vocabulary is understood and the overall desired outcome in focus.
