• Site In-charge in relative field, having knowledge of water treatment plant (pretreatment, post treatment, boiler water, RO,DM,ETP and Cooling Tower water),Fuel Analysis of Boilers
& Utility.
• Operating and monitoring production procedure DM & R.O Plant in ensuring that products are manufacture within production schedule and to the required quality and standard operating procedures.
• Water analysis such as Hardness, Chloride, Alkalinity, Silica, Phosphate, Iron, Residual hydrazine etc.
• RO & DM plant maintenance work. .
• All regenerations (Cation, Anion, Mixed bed, Softener)
• Maintaining cooling tower parameters pH, EC,TDS, T.H, Alkalinity,SIO,Po, Turbidity.
• TBC Count, Biocide dosing.
• Analysis by spectro-photometer.
• Preparation of all regeneration chemicals.
• Preparation soft standard solutions for analysis.
• Fuel analysis: Moisture content, GCV, Fixed carbon, Volatile Matter, Ash Analysis, Loss of Ignition.
• Supervision of day to day operations of the site work.
• Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.
• Assist in necessary project documentation and conducting regular job site inspections.
• Assist in the quality and safety audits.
• Support in finalization of Billing Break ups, Bill Certification etc.
• Manage all administrative operation including preparation of RA Bills, Wage Sheet and time sheet.
• Perform service activities according to company policy and safety standards.
• Implement technical and safety requirements for the project and arrange tool box meeting at site.
Work Experience:
• Presently working with NEELAM AQUA & SPECIALITY CHEM (P) LTD as a Site In- charge from November’2020 to Till Date at NUMALIGARH REFINERY LIMITED (NRL) ASSAM in CW, ETP & Fire water treatment.
NRL PRODUCTION CAPACITY : 3.0 MMTPA
• Presently working with NEELAM AQUA & SPECIALITY CHEM (P) LTD as a Site In- charge from May’2020 to October’2020 at INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED (IOCL) BARAUNI REFINERY BIHAR in Fire water treatment.
BARAUNI PRODUCTION CAPACITY : 6.1 MMTPA
• Presently working with NEELAM AQUA & SPECIALITY CHEM (P) LTD as a Site In- charge from July’2019 to April’2020 at INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED (IOCL ) DIGBOI REFINERY ASSAM in RO, DM,CW, ETP & Fire water treatment. DIGBOI PRODUCTION CAPACITY : 0.60 MMTPA
• Presently working with NEELAM AQUA & SPECIALITY CHEM (P) LTD as a Technical Engineer from December ’2018 to June’2019 at MADRAS FERTILIZER LIMITED (MFL) CHENNAI TAMILNADU in CW, ETP & Fire water treatment.
• Presently working with NEELAM AQUA & SPECIALITY CHEM (P) LTD as a Technical EXECUTIVE from September ’2018 to November’2018 at JAIPUR RAJASTHAN. Educational Qualification:
