I started as a regular crew member in July of 2014. I performed the regular responsibilities of a crew member, which were: perform all cleaning tasks as assigned by my manager, keep cash overages and/or shortages to a minimum, clock in and out at the appropriate times as directed by our schedule, and do as I am told by all management. After 3 short months, I was promoted to crew trainer. The promotions kept coming rapidly after that, and I was assistant manager by the time the anniversary of my first year rolled around. As the assistant manager, I made the schedule for approximately 40 crew members. I was responsible solely for my shift & all crew members on my shift. I secured all cash in the safe & also deposited it with our bank. I handled all customer & crew interactions, such as complaints. I was responsible for the hiring process, which included screening applicants, interviews, and on boarding. I was a very busy person, but that fit well with my personality.
