PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Program, Project, and Operations Management
Served as a Unit Director that supervises nine staff members and 16
Students at Timber Ridge School, a licensed and accredited program that serves at-
Risk youth with a history of serious emotional and behavioral difficulties. Manages
a budget over $260,000.00
Competitively selected to manage and instruct at the Senior Reserve Officer
Training Corps at the University of Tennessee- Knoxville. The ROTC Program
rose from 215th to one of top 50 programs in the country, during the assignment.
Supervised three military and one civilian staff member while instructing
classroom and training activities for 100-150 students annually. Evaluated human
and support resources valued at thousands of dollars.
Exceptional performance managing computers, resources, people and time led to
selection as Company Tactical Officer at Basic Camp in Fort Knox, Kentucky as
well as the National Advanced Leadership Course at Fort Lewis, Washington.
Recognized by receiving Meritorious Service Award for exceptional leadership
training.
Developed and implemented a highly effective training program that monitored
training efficiently for twelve separate sections in a Headquarters Company that
employed 210-235 personnel. Coordinated and monitored dozens of time-critical
elements needed to ensure quality and accountability of various military
occupations as well as management of over eight million dollars of equipment.
Established new property accountability system, rigorously managed various
Government Service Accounts and coordinated and supervised planning, logistics,
Training, and on-site operations for a Multi-National Observer Force in the Middle
East.
Maintained professional competency in both tactical and technical areas of project
management and human resource development through graduate training in
Personnel and Organizational Coordinators Course, Advanced Leadership and
Management Courses, as well as Advanced Teaching and Training Techniques
used as a Professional Military Instructor.
