Technician- inside/outside.

Responsible for installation and repair of all AT&T products and services while maintaining high

quality and excellent customer service. Installation/ Repair services(Wiring circuits inside Central

Offices all the way to the customer location; replacing and repair faulty or damage cable and

Fiber Optics; repairing and replacement of splice cases and terminals located on telephone poles;

repair, replace, and install all Direct TV and Uverse equipment. Fiber Optic Splicing( Single and

multimode Fiber Optic Cable). Working around high voltage; use of ladders; working aloft

heights 25 feet and higher(telephone poles, roofs, rafters, and atop buildings); climbing up and

down stairs; working in confined spaces(basements, crawl spaces, attics, manholes etc...);

working with wide variety of hand and power tools; use of all safety equipment(hard hat, safety

glasses, climbing gear etc...). Keeping in compliance with all Federal, State, and AT&T health

and safety practices and procedures. Maintained a high quality of service with a 95% quality

career rating. Use of all tests equipment (JDSU, AIM, Side Kick, and Voltage meters) to achieve

high quality service. Responsible for training new incoming technicians on safety and AT&T

practices and procedures.
