RKH Qitarat LLC is the appointed Operations & Maintenance service provider of Doha Metro & Lusail Tram in the State of Qatar. Duties, responsibilities and accomplishments are as follows;

Managing opening and closing of a Metro/Tram station by ensuring minimum operation requirement (MOR) compliance as well as Revenue management and daily sales dispatching to appointed third party cash-handling agents.

Transport Integration: managing operational interfaces with other transport providers such as link shuttles at local levels.

Monitoring station equipment (using SCADA & CCTV), data acquisition for station building services, station access control and security.

Monitoring customer communication using radio, public telephones, public address system, public information display, and closed circuit television and responding accordingly.

Managing degraded operations such as lift rescue, defective escalators/travellators/walkalators in accordance with training, standards & procedures, Platform Screen Doors (PSD) manual operation.

Standard Operating Procedures reviews and amendment proposals with regards to change of plans, customer feedback or lessons learnt.

Raw data collection and creation of handbooks for uncommissioned stations and network assets.

Ensuring fulltime station cleaning and housekeeping throughout the 24-shifts by proper allocation of housekeeping staff.
