• Responsible for implementing policies & procedures for the Government Disaster Relief Program for Hurricane Harvey applicants in Texas, along with other disaster programs associated with the Texas General Land Office while managing the Section 3 & Environmental Compliance.
• Presented the government's 11.17 Scope of Work & requested the detailed billings of receivables by processing paperwork submitted to the Program Administrator (GrantWorks & Hays County), and to the Texas General Land Office for the draws/progress payments which was dependent on the passed inspections from each (municipality, windstorm, & government) inspections, which is critical to the financial cash flow to the company.
• Securing all permits, transfers, connections, & kills of utilities, ordering interim, during, & final/post flood elevation certificates, boundary surveys, replats, topography surveys, change orders & warranty deeds along with requesting (municipality, windstorm & government) inspections for each home during all phases of construction, while informing homeowners of procedures & helping them in all aspects of building their home and creating the field folders for each superintendent although including setting up new vendors (subs & suppliers) to keep up with the volume of homes.
• Maintained multiple spreadsheets as requested & making sure estimating had Purchase Orders generated for each job & updated weekly reporting for Zone 3 to the program administrators & other co- workers & contributed to all check cutting requests for production in all aspects of construction.
