Accomplishment:
Honeywell transmitter Configuration and upgrade using (Smartline Anytime software V0.01.12) for DE/HART communication modules, Basic and Advance display for Honeywell pressure and Temperature transmitters.
With the configuration tool, was able to upgrade more than 1 million transmitters.
Develop calibration data/result using Pre-Tie, SCT3000 for DE and PACTware software generate the report for all different types of pressure, level transmitters.

Calibrate, documents, troubleshoots and repairs a variety of pressure transmitters, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, analytical instruments, and other instruments to meet customer’s requirements and Relief Valves.
. Determine possible systems faults before calibration in order to determine test equipment and spare parts that may be required.
. Visually inspects, tests and recommends changes to ensure required installation / connections meets manufacture’s standards for operation.

. Carry out preventive / Corrective maintenance on vibration switches, speed controls unit HMI unit of LM1600 Gas Turbine.
To ensure that facility equipment integrity is maintained, safe guarding systems are tested regularly.
Prevent oil spill that will impact on the environment.
Ensure all non-routine and potentially hazardous routine jobs are carried out under the Permit To
Work System (JHA) with associated complementary certificates with particular reference to concurrent operations and ensure that classification drawings, instrument loop drawings and general safety rules and being adhered to all times, also ensure availability of Integrated Operations Standards on site.
Ensure compliance to SPDC/group instrument standards and procedures (MJR or SOP) as well as those of relevant government regulations to ensure that HSE-MS requirement for company and contractor
equipment is met.
Managing two Gas fiscal metering facilities by ensuring validation and calibration routines are implemented.
Take part in all HSE drills as required; actively participate in preparing drill performance records and
regular reviews to improve performance. Attend Team daily Toolbox and monthly HSE meetings.
Review and validate asset register / spare parts / BoM in the eSPIR system and into SAP-PM.
Implementation of the necessary Quality Assurance and Preservation processes for the C&A Equipment spare parts.
Maintenance and organization of process safety information, procedures and alarm rationalization
