I am a field operator in well intervention (fluid pumping coiled tubing and nitrogen pumping) with significant oil and gas experience. I have been involved in several aspects of well intervention and operation. I also have significant onshore and offshore experience, working with Company man, operator, service companies, oil producing and engineering consultancy companies.
I have experience in well stimulation jobs like acid pumping, sand washing, nitrogen pumping, coiled tubing in deep water (drilling ships, semi-subs), jack-up, land jobs, and mostly on flow back hydrocarbon equipment such as Choke manifold, Flow back tanks, fluid pump, I also have a sound maintenance experience of these equipments.
Assistant Team leader during all phases of the rigging up and down of coiled tubing, nitrogen pumping and fluid pumping equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing services during well intervention or stimulation. COIL TUBING OPERATOR: Operation of coil tubing reel and sizes of tubing 1.25 and 1.75 inches. Coil tubing are Roller and Grapo Connectors also will use MHA(Motor head assembly)and BHA(Bottom hole assembly) with other down hole tools for coil tubing fishing jobs using Grapo connector while Roller connector is use for nitrogen and stimulation jobs. Testing of coil tubing reel using nitrogen pump with tank to a nitrogen gas state conversion also using fluid pump checking for tubing pin hole leakage in tubing also using fluid pump to test for rotary swivel in coil tubing reel for pressure testing of BOPs to know the work pressure of the BOP Checking for leakage. NITROGEN LIFT AND LOGGING IN RIGLESS WELL LOCATION KHURAIS77, 1001 AND ABIF19 I AM THE OPERATOR OF FLUID PUMPING AND NITROGEN OPERATOR; i rig up fluid pump and nitrogen pump line to the coil tubing reel and surface kill line of Bop i pressure test the injector head,risers and down hole tool in sider the risers with the use of pull test plate and also pressure testing of the surfacekill line of BOP. Pressure testing of both low pressure 500psi while high pressure 5000psi. I assist in rigging up bop and injector head both in connection of snap tight and crossover. Change of Grapper block and stripper rubber with brass nipple. Coil tubing pipe size for the work is 2 and 2.375inches for the LOGGING and NITROGEN LIFT. My pumping rate for fluid pumping 0.5 to 2barrel per minute .
01/04/2019.LOGGING AND NITROGEN LIFT; i pressure test coil tubing pipe connection of down hole tool in side the risers using pull test plate it hold at 500psi in low pressure a[so high pressure 5000psi it hold too. For surface kill line of bop same it hold in both. The location of the well is ABQQ 343 AND 569 is rig less jobs well type vertical . after pressure testing i start pumping mixture of diesel and frition reducer because coil tubing pipe was hook in production tubing i started pumping mixture of diesel friction reducer still will succeeded. Nitrogen kick off i started pumping at rate of 300 to 500scf the well flow move to well 569 same but is nitrogen pumping well flow move to rig SANAD 1501 the jobs program is fishing which is change xp plug by removing the old one leaking putting new one for the well to flow and will succeeded this times is pumping of seawater at the rate 0.7barrel per minute.
04/05/2019. WELL PROGRAMS WELL BORE CLEANOUT IN WELL LOCATION OF UTHMANIA 1501; after pressure testing pumping started taking place i am the operator of fluid pumping with four fra tanks with different chemical such as diesel, gel, slick water, and seawater. I continue pumping by washing the annular and the formation no success is water well move to other location uthmania well 1255jobs program is ACID STIMULATION /NITROGEN WITH THREE FRA TANKS different chemical such as mixture of diesel with friction reducer, hydrochlorine acid, and seawater i am the operator of fluid pumping and nitrogen pumping after pressure testing injector head, Bop and cam or swap valve pumping started when coil tubing have run in hole to about 5000feets no return to fra tank wind valve of xmas tree was open crude oil started flowing it ended in 300bbl before nitrogen pumping kick off take place the pump rate is 300scf i started pumping still i finish 2000gallon of nitrogen i transfer nitrogen liquid started pumping 300bbl i increase it to 500scf finish 2000gallon making 4000gallons but no way still on 300bbl move to other well 415 the jobs program is wellbore cleanout no success it is a water well will move to well 133 location KRSN jobs program is LOGGING and NITROGEN LIFT the coil tubing was stock in well will started using fra tank that have diesel and friction reducer mixture to remove coil tubing pipe from the well but it could not before i use nitrogen to remove it come out before will start nitrogen lift it flow .
