I am an electrical engineer by profession having experience of more than 02 decades in Electrical Power & Distribution Sector, coal beneficiation Plant, coal mines. I have wide experience in working for various renowned government schemes in power distribution along with maintaining safety regulations of the project under execution to reduce hazards and also to maintain the standards as per IS.

1.Supervision of Construction works
Supervision, inspection, measurement and control of the quality of construction of the work and the installation of the equipment to ensure compliance with the drawings and specifications.
Measurement and provision of required certification of works done by contractors.
Review of Contractor’s safety protection plan and supervision.

Review and recommendation of Guaranteed Technical Particular of all major materials and drawings prepared by Contractors and equipment manufacturer and suppliers.

3.Project Management Support

Introduction of corrective measures in case of project implementation showing a time lag or cost overrun in project components.

Monitoring of DPR wise monthly physical & financial progress of the scheme, prepare a consolidated report.

Prepare a Quality Assurance (QA) Plan with the approval of the utility
Field quality inspection of on-going/ completed works
Joint inspection (along with representative of state utility) of material at site on sample basis i.e. 10% of major materials (Poles, Conductor, Meters, Transformers, Cable).
6.Reporting
Submission of Monthly progress reports to the client throughout the duration of the services.
Tour diary of Team leader fortnightly, which indicate the date of visit, name of work, tests conducted.
Quarterly Progress report summarizing all activities at the end of each quarter.
Weekly report to obtain weekly progress of the work from turnkey contractor.
Final report at the completion of services.
Any report as and when required by client at any point of time. Report shall include details of all meetings, decisions taken therein, physical and financial progress, any delay, reasons for such delay and corrective measures.
7.Co-ordination with Nodal Agency/ MoP and any other works as may be required to achieve the objectives of the scheme.
