Included Production Managers and Production Specialist on E&H compliance by reviewing procedures and safety guidelines during operational tasks to ensure excellent team work, to have positive production in a safe and timely manner. Incident Commander/ process control during major/minor events. Appointed to hiring panel with HR to interview prospective process specialists.
