PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

CRB Security Solutions-- San Diego, CA Area 2021-2022 Low Voltage Electrical Technician. Responsible for going to multiple locations for Work Orders on any Security Systems that was down and needed troubleshooting, repairs, installation, and software updates.

● Tasked to inspect, troubleshoot, repair an A1 Storage Facility with 50+ down security door contacts. After multiple days of testing, troubleshooting and repairs all listed bad contacts were up and running within specifications with no further issues.

● While working as a team member, assisted and performed installation of 25+ cameras, over 2,000+ft of wire for a parking structure. Proper team work and attention to detail accomplished the installation of all cameras and routed cable within a timely manner. Proper Test and Check verified all cameras worked with no issues.

● While working as a team member, was tasked to route over 1000ft cable within the parking structure of a resident apartment complex to be connected to 12 newly installed security cameras. With understanding of location, was able to route new cable and properly secured with no guidance or direction.

● Tasked to perform Smoke Test Checks for more than 30+ A1 Storage Facilities to verify smoke detectors were working within specification at each location. Attention to detail and time management would help assist in the completion of all checks needed with no issues.

NASSCO – Chula Vista, CA 2019-08/2020

Maintenance Electrical Technician

● Performed daily individual checks on all cranes which included Temperature checks, Pressure checks, voltage checks, fuel/urea level checks, oil and coolant checks on engines.

● Performed maintenance in the way of troubleshooting the system, repairing the system, and removing and installing new parts (Bulbs, wires, fuses, circuit breakers, etc). Lubrication preventative maintenance tasks as well.

● Assisting in mechanic repairs as required also. Used a multimeter for test and checks, troubleshooting and verifying no voltage throughout the system for lockout / tag out procedures.

● Reading and understanding schematics on each system. When systems were down and needed to be repaired for Corrective Maintenance tasks

OPTIVUS PROTON THERAPY -- Loma Linda University Medical Center 2017-2019 Field Service Technician for Optivus Proton Therapy. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting of Power Supplies, Vacuum Systems, Multiple Subsystems, preparation of multiple individual Treatment rooms, programming software, and repair of multiple electrical components with wire repair and soldering for the Medical Radiation Department.

● During a normal Preventative Maintenance night so patients can receive treatment in the morning, the Water Alarm went off and directed it to a burst hose for a magnet inside the facility. Shut off the water system for the individual magnet and perform a proper replacement of the hose and clean up in a timely manner. Resulting in calibration checks to finish and all treatment rooms readily available for treatment to commence for the start of the day.While calibration checks were being tested, Power Supplies would fault and trip off. Properly shutting off power to supplyand inspecting the Power Supply I would discover multiple components inside to be broke or outputting incorrect readings.

● Performed proper replacement of components, inspection checks, and testing of Power Supply would bring it back up within a timely manner which resulted in no repeated faults and calibration checks would complete on schedule.

● During a Daily Preventative Maintenance task, a system within the treatment room was not working within specifications after routine checks. Troubleshoot the system to have lost software information. Performed a program software installation back into the controller system which resulted in completing the daily checks and verifying proper operation of the system.

● While working on Owl Shift, I was tasked to complete 10+ Preventative Maintenance Work Orders daily, working individually for 7+ months. The results would keep the facility up and running with no issues and showed dependability, attention to detail, time management, and self-reliance all to maintain the equipment in an up and running continuous state for the week.

UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS—Various Locations Continental and International 2008-2017 Avionics Maintenance Electrician/Troubleshooting.

Avionics Technician for the Avionics Department. Responsible for handling, processing and repair of Communication, Radar, GPS, AC/DC circuits, complex wiring and instrumentation systems for the Avionics Division

● During a normal daily flying operation, Flight Crew demonstrated that the UHF/VHF Communication headsets were inoperable. Troubleshooting the Communications System using wiring schematics to meter for power which lead to a faulty switch in the Communication station switching unit. The result was operable UHF/VHF Communications.

● During normal Testing of the AC/DC Generator, observed no indication of systems receptive to the generator. Troubleshot down to the incorrect excitation voltage which led to the incorrect phasing of wires.

● While doing routine inspections and maintenance on a countermeasure transmitter, went and did an operational check on the component which resulted in finding a wire that was grounded inside the transmitter that shorted out. Performed corrective wire repair and resistance checks which resulted in component passing all operational checks and became an available asset.

● While performing resistance and voltage checks on the Ice Protection System, found a Pendamp Heater to not have the correct resistance check and troubleshooted down to a shorted-out heater. Replaced the component and performed wire repair which resulted in the aircraft to perform night operations during cold climate conditions. Avionics Maintenance Electrician Supervisor
