June 2016 to Present: Aerotec International. Phoenix, Arizona.
NDT / Dimensional Inspector: Level-ll in MPI and FPI. NDT inspections on multitude of aircraft engine/APU parts. Training Inspectors in MPI. Initial, In-process, Receiving, and Final inspections. Using CMM’s, Comparators, table layouts, with multitude of inspection tools and equipment.
May 2016 to June 2016: Tru Stop, Inc. Tempe, Arizona.
Dimensional Inspector: In-process and final inspections. Trained Inspectors in inspection and calibration. Achieved level-I status in Visible Penetrant Inspection (Type-ll Class-C).

Quality Assurance Specialist: 5 years of experience in MPI as I obtained my NDT Level-II certification. Other responsibilities included FAIR, Final and In-process Inspections, Air Gage & Laser Mic Inspections, developing Work Instructions, Inspection Procedures, Numerical Control Instructions, and Calibration. Engineering drawing interpretation and engineering specification support, as needed. Worked closely with Manufacturing to produce world class military barrels.

Engineering Technician – II: Worked with Engineering to test revisions of products’ components and new product designs. These results are used to evaluate the performance capacity and effect of these changes on the end product. As an Internal ISO Liaison, Wrote ISO procedures for the Engineering Testing Laboratory. Duties also included maintenance and modifications to various testing devices and equipment.
Quality Engineering Technician: Introduced new Quality Control procedures and trained Plastic Department Inspectors and Set-up Technicians on these new procedures. Maintained the Corrective Action Database and ensured that the corrective actions were done on a timely basis.
September 1987 to October 2001: InteSys Technologies Inc. Gilbert, Arizona.
Quality Engineer: Implemented procedures that met or surpass the ISO/QS-9000 requirements. Maintained the calibration system for two thousand plus measuring devices.
Senior Receiving Inspector: Inspection of components using AQL’s and other sampling techniques. Incorporated the use of CMM’s, RAM’s, Comparators, and many other measuring instruments. Acted as a liaison between Purchasing, Project Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Manufacturing. Established higher quality levels for suppliers by participation in their quality objectives.
Quality Analyst: Maintained and operated the materials’ laboratory. Responsible for the testing of plastic parts and resins to assure good part integrity. Testing was preformed to the appropriate regulatory standards to ensure the results met the specific customer specifications. Diagnostic evaluation of substandard plastic parts and resins.
