Additional Information

I was a retail operations/merchandising Training Store Assistant Manager for 4 years. I trained the external Management New Hires for our District and Region. I trained and developed over 15 internal associates in my stores into Supervisor, ASM and Store Manager positions. I assisted in the operations and merchandising of 5 new stores throughout the United States, including my own Ross store.
