Managed the ambulatory applications team for the hospital and clinic system during before, during incident command and telehealth implementation for COVID response, and sustained operations for improved patient care post command center efforts. Developed processes for all patient and clinical workflows for telehealth. Federal grant writing for Telehealth. During COVID response, helped lead the ambulatory IS to implement virtual care across all providers within a 2 day turn around. During COVID command center, led a team to take all MyChart patient calls for telehealth (upwards of 350 calls a day), provide support for all telehealth events during COVID pandemic and implement two different platform integrations for video visits.
