TFC Plating

I was hired to help build the business back up from a failing status. I implemented new procedures that sped up productivity and accuracy. I addressed issues that were hurting the bussiness sales points and production performance, like getting the tanks serviced to ensure better finished product. Tagging production hooks that include the customers requested finish, quantity and expected due date. Some others include researching and ordering equipment to ensure more accurate transfer from 1 station to the next.

I researched marketing techniques and ideas that would bring in more clients as well as up to date trends and equipment to expand new services to the clients. My organization skills completely redesigned the packaging department and improved the completion time and accuracy of the finished packaged orders. I received very positive feed back from the company and from the customers. I was very succesful in my attempt in helping this business thrive again.
