Part of a Program team, I am the Project Manager on Boulevard Heights where my team and the Main Contractor reported directly to me on all Project matters. Boulevard Heights consists of two residential towers (53 and 47 floors) with a retail / residential podium. The Tower is designed to take full advantage of the vibrant boulevard, Old Town and has Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain views. The architectural expression is a vertical combination of stone and glass inspired by contemporary tower design.
The towers comprise of 550 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, inclusive of a limited number of podium townhouses and duplexes at the crown.
