Job Responsibility:

Modelling for specification

●Preparation – gathering details - architectural details (layout, grids, datum, etc.), checking schematics or extracting MEP specification.

●Views, sheets, project browser, etc. for project environment.

●Modeling MEP services according to coordinate priorities in systematic file structure whether it is a standalone or network set up.

●Projecting Sheets with annotated layout and sections etc. and batch print the projects.

MEP modelling

●Understand the limitations and standards for the data to be converted. Studying the Civil/Architectural/Structural layout drawings Referring Contract Drawings of Consultant and RCP drawings.

●Coordinating Models Provided by Architects, Design Engineers, MEP and other disciplines involved in project.

●Working in Revit by linking Arch & Struct Model, Project setup, Worksets creation, Interference Checking, Project Browser, Visibility Graphics, Filters, project Parameters, view range, Object Styles, Materials, annotation, Drafting View, Legend & Tags.

●Preparing Fire Protection & detection layouts as per NFPA Std, Pump room details, sprinkler, hydrant & hose rail services pipe routing and sizing, Extinguisher, Exit sign, detectors & alarm services.

●Preparing HVAC Layout for centralized and split air-conditioning, Equipment & diffuser placing, duct routing sizing, chilled water pipe routing and sizing, detailing for construction and fabrication purpose.

●Preparation of BOQ by using Schedule and Quantities in Revit.

●Producing the combine builder work (CBW) 3D model as per coordinated MEP 3D. Execution of Projects as per schedules in the OBP (Over all Build Plan).

●Co- ordination with site and production team Explaining responsibilities of each team,
