July 2019 - Present: Project Manager for GrowSpan Greenhouse Structures, Dyersville IA. I have been making sure materials are on site and deadlines are met/timelines addressed for large-scale Greenhouses averaging around $1 Million/Project. I manage over 15-20 Projects at one time and work closely with Installers to meet/surpass customer’s expectations.

June 2012 - September 2018: Project Manager/Foreman. Hughes Construction, Mesa AZ. I made sure materials were on site and deadlines met for Hughes Construction Home Builders in Mesa AZ. I was a part of the entire process from site prep to materials scheduling to building to final walkthroughs with various trades to make sure everything was up to code and permitted for Justin Hughes, Owner. Justin is a close college friend of mine. January 2009 - April 2012: Counselor. Colorado Mountain College, Leadville/Breckenridge CO. I assisted with many issues the students might have from mentoring, scheduling conflicts, job placement, and substance abuse. My team of 10 and I also assisted with grief, bereavement, and loss counseling. I managed the RA’s schedules so that they would always be available to help students in the halls. I provided counseling services for over 250+ students across 2 different campuses.
