NMI Engineer:

Understand and Analyze the New Product concept for LCD and OLED modules

Module spec sheet transfer for all models across the team.

Knowledge in contrast ratio, color theory, and other display parameters etc.

Conducting reliability test and validating product in development stage

Model Allocation in LCM clean booth setup for Liquid Crystal Module assembly.

Define and verified the LCM assembly parts (like optical sheets and LCM panel) specification for production.

Identifying potential failures in process during a trial run & implementing rigid process control through Error – Proofing.

Interfacing with the Supplier for issues which faced during trail to get the countermeasure report.

Work as a Failure analysis engineer to analyze and solve the major issues by developing Corrective Action Plan. Developing Part Failure Report for Regular defects in line.

Periodical Monitoring for Countermeasure actions at supplier side to Maintain DPPM Control.

Coordinate the development and implementation of new product test programs and process for mass production with test Engineers.

Product Engineer:

Responsible for NPI (New product introduction), MOL (Maintenance of life) &EOL (End of Life)

Responsible for BOM (bill of material) control, issuing/approving ECR (Engineering change

requests) for proper BOM maintenance.

Develops action plans to characterize & mitigate high risks due to new test techniques or product

technologies.

Knowledge in Quality improvement methods (Pareto, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D etc.),

including leading a team quality improvement effort.

Evaluation of PCB, Electrical functionality, software and Mechanical aspects of each model.

Conducting reliability test and validating product in development stage.

Perform picture quality and Sound quality evaluation.

Write all work instructions and production travelers to ensure proper assembly in line.

Defect reporting, tracking and validation of corrective actions during development stage.

Testing Jigs preparation and arrangement for product evaluation.

Analyze the Market failure products and ensure the process development in production Line
