Overseeing approximately 380 patient beds and supervise the staff (150) of these units. In charge of direct admissions process from other hospitals, and coordination of proper transfer of these patients. Some of my other duties involve supervising codes such as rapid responds, code Blue, and Dr. Strong, with aggressive clients. These Behavioral Health units consist of: (50) Geriatric Psych unit patients, (50) Geriatric long –term care unit, acute and chronic psych (20-24), forensic unit and (CCIS) children with behavioral problems, also substance abuse/ treatment and rehabilitation, MICA units, also managing the behavioral health section of the Emergency department and the Outpatient division for Behavioral Health.
