Manager Assistant, being able to work in a busy environment and keep a positive attitude, I have also experience in the school work,Im able to work without supervision and on a calm place,work with many people and make the goal .I can do several things simultaneously.Im able and I have knowledge of keep records,exams results etc. Education :

Work Experience;

English Teacher and Secretary in a Secondary School ( 2002-2004) There I was responsible for reviewing Exams, elaborate classes and teaching English as a foreign language .I used to file the students' records and scales and other important documents. Customer service representative (2004-2006)

Paradisus Resort .

There I used to get phone calls and have conversations with the guests to be sure they were happy in the Hotel and attend any complaint,also do surveys. Manager Assistant (2007-2021) Zota Beach Resort .

There I was responsable to assist the housekeeping Manager in all the task like make schedules,order all the materials for the department,open and close the system and the office and cover his days off, in that time i was promote to be the dep[artment manager and I stay like housekeeping manager for 2 years having excellent results . Skills;

Multi task,able to keep books and records.

Computer skills (word and excel ).

Able to learn to improve my skills .

Bilingual (Spanish and English )

Knowledge of some medical vocabulary..
