The institute which imparts education always aims to develop intellectual, moral, aesthetic judgments, self-realization, and responsibility and self-control abilities in its learners. This makes its learners to be more responsible and globally minded citizens- which are also the core of IB philosophy and Cambridge Learner attributes. The teachers/educators plays important role in imparting better education by keeping these developments of the learners in mind. This is what I too believe in. A well experienced and trained teacher is expected to cultivate, nurture, sustain and indeed transform learners through their well-planned teaching and learning strategies, the effective methods of assessments, the style of lesson delivery and act as facilitator for students to interact and develop personal and inter- personal skills. To achieve this set goals being a facilitator, I need to equip myself by increasing own knowledge and go for professional developments and be adapt to new environs and act according to needs of the learners and the goals of the organization.
