a. 33 KV VCB UNITS – Extended the life of the units to unlimited period. Provided solution to avoid Flashover of the Vacuum Bottle that leads to the power interruption from the power plant. b. Was instrumental in stabilization of UPS units with proper supply thereby preventing frequent tripping. c. Suggestion for Modification OF PLC Units Software and Hardware to avoid breakdowns – Tundish Spray Machine and Tilting Motor.
d. Billet stopper mechanism replaced by software modifications through timer logics to entirely ignore the breakdowns.
e. Suggestion to provide Safety Interlocks for 33 KV VCB Units with warning lamps to avoid accidents. f. Provided solutions to many electrical related problems, which were unsolved in many areas of operation PROFILE
