Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) / MassHealth

MassHealth is the designated authority for managing and overseeing integrated health care systems for low-income children, families, and other residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Led the day-to-day operations, problem-issues resolution, provider relations activities, and administrative oversight functions of primary health care network comprised of Acute Care Hospitals, Federally Qualified Hospital and Community-Based Health Centers (FQHCs), School-Based Health Centers, Limited Services Clinics (CVS), Indian Tribal Health Services Centers, Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.

Collaborated with internal leadership and division managers, i.e., Pharmacy, Clinical & Behavioral Health, Specialty, Medical Security and Transportation, and with EOHHS Office of Medicaid directors to ensure integration and compliance with patient privacy, care, safety, and other applicable patient-centered health care policies and standards.

Functioned as Primary Health Care liaison to University of Massachusetts School of Medicine / Office of Clinical Affairs, Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, and the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
