Occupational health clerk

I am in charge of filing paperwork for all employees. In this position I have gained experience with working with excel and word. This position has also helped me grow with my charting skills. I make sure all of the medical files for employees. I have a bit of experience with worker’s comp, and working to keep a safe work environment for all employees.

JBS July 2019- April 2021

Management support/production clerk

I was in charge of paperwork for all of the supervisors. This includes all of the jobs changes and any pay corrections that need to be done. I also keep track of all of the vacation for every employee. I make sure each employee has their own folder/file so that it is organized and to keep paperwork with the correct employee. If I am needed I also know how to run the scales on the production floor.

Quality control March 2018- July 2019

Here I was in charge of the quality of the product that was produced on the floor. This was a company that makes canvas so I was in charge of making sure they were not smudged or had bad edges. I had to enter data on the computer of the amount of product that was thrown away and make sure that everything was accounted for at the end of the day.
