DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating with plant down turnaround & shut activities involving furnace re-tubing and repair, column, vessels, heat exchanges, boilers and different piping modification. Describing the work scope to all concerned foreman & employees at work site, explaining about safety hazards of the job, implementing required precautions during work before beginning.
Review SOW and preparing support service schedule, which includes scaffolding, insulation, crane, forklift, welder, fabricator & machinist requirement for the job & communicating to workshop planner.
Planning and monitoring day wise progress of activities as per schedule. Ensure as far as is practically possible, that all assigned work is carried out compliance with in the agreed budget and schedule.
Experience in all of the following weld process SMAW (Shield metal arc welding), GTAW
(gas tungsten arc welding) and GMAW/MIG (gas metal arc welding). Interacting with shutdown engineers & supervisors about job critically, job scope, safety and risk before preparing the job plans.
Organizing material man power and required support for the continuous follow-up of the job to get a satisfactory acceptance from notification generator. Attending daily meeting to update daily progress by discussing about job related issues. Creating shift reports to hand over for next shift. Computing manpower needs by checking work scope, P&IDs, isometric, equipment drawings and structural drawings also.
Maintaining accurate track record of drawings /documents received from design office

Preparing the scope of work for the specific jobs like vessel internal rubber lining, reformer coil replacement, reactor works, catalyst replacement, chemical cleaning, exchangers hydro jetting, column inspection, mechanical and control valve overhauling etc. in compliance with all safety standards.
Involved in pre-shutdown, shutdown and post shutdown activities. Involved of piping system, tanks and steel structure by using plan/isometric drawing and P&IDs involved in loop preparations, mechanical clearance, pneumatic testing and final box up of equipment's & piping system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist project construction superintendents with project tracking system, schedule management and material distribution & control.
Supervision and monitoring of installation and construction activities [piping, structural, mechanical and architectural].
Planning of major overhauls on all major equipment's and preparing forecast report or spares, manpower and tools.
Experience in fabrication and welding of all type of pipes, including carbon steel, stainless steel, high and low-grade alloy steel. Providing instructions to supervision teams

Current Project : Mechanical Maintenance of Refinery & Gas Liquids Production facilities At KNPC, Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery. (Contract from Jan 2016 to present.) Client : Kuwait national petroleum company, since Jan 2016. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Periodical Corrective and break down maintenance of given unit. Carried out all major overhauling of equipment's.
Execution of all preventive Maintenance as per work order issued by planning department as per schedule. )
Execute all kind of emergency work orders issued by operation department. Co-coordinating with various department to execute the shutdown jobs like planning, welding shop, machine shop electrical, instrumental, operation, engineering, inspection and process.
Liaises with various divisions such as operation, stationary, rotating, electrical, instruments, E&S, l&C, Reliability as well as safety for day-to-day issues for the smooth operating condition of the plant production.
Maintenance of all kind of all static equipment is such as exchangers, vessels, columns, heaters, valves and control valves, Repair of pipeline, hydro blast and painting. Preparing material request as per IAT'S & ICR'S by using MAXIMO system. Proper coordination with operation, planning, workshop and l&C divisions to achieve the target as per PM plan and close follow —up with inspection engineer to complete the parent work orders.)
Request of CPO's for contractor by using MAXIMO system for on — stream leak, insulation, scaffolding, chemical cleaning, painting and cement lining works from planning.
