TASC (The Analytic Sciences Corporation) – Reading, MA 5/90 - 3/91 Member of the Technical Staff involving production of a large imagery-derived cartographic database of East Germany. Duties included production and analysis of a forest canopy cover from Landsat TM imagery and national assets. Responsible for algorithm testing, documentation and the design of a quantitative accuracy evaluation approach. Lead field data collection efforts for mapping and verification of vegetation maps in Northeastern US forests.
