• Bagwell Brothers: Certified B31-3 Coded pipe welder and ASME Coded vessel welder.

• Apache Area 8: South Pelto 10B acquisition from BP getting run time from 50% to 98%.

• Apache Area 8: South Pelto 10B successfully reduced INC’s from 110 down to 2 the following annual inspection.

• Apache Area 10: GI43/GI47 - responsible for getting this field back up and running after Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Gustaf. After Gustaf, I was recognized as the first platform to be back up and running throughout whole Apache Corporation.

• Apache Area 10: GI43/GI47 - reduced budget from $10,000,000 over budget to staying under Apache approved budget.

• Apache Area 3: HI Field – I was sent there to re-store Safety, Compliance and Production. Within 6 months structures were INC free, run time was nearly 100%, and production doubled.

• Apache Area 6: EI120 and EI158 Fields - Responsible for getting field back into compliance; INC’s went from 50 in 2010 to 4 in 2011.

• As Apache completed acquisitions, I was on 90% of structure takeovers.

• Member of SEMS team for Apache roll out.

• Elected on Apache Safety Committee.

• While with NGE, responsible for reduction of INC’s in Green Canyon area from 25 in 2013 to 4 in 2014.

• Coordinated and organized project for Castex and returned Castex to operable and regulated standards with BSEE.
