• Providing technical assistance in the purchasing department for final approval of the materials and analyzing the suppliers/subcontractors quotation/price for approval.
• Provide timely regular and accurate reporting on project progress, costs and quality. Accurately sign-off all payment certificates and subcontractor invoices
• Ensure that contract progress is monitored and as per budget allocated.
• Conducting Site Visit & coordination to the consultants engineer
& project engineer regarding the progress works of the site.
• Review and evaluate the progress works for Monthly Interim Payment prior to consultant approval.
• Monitoring progress weekly and issuing payment certificate for subcontractors.
