Resume:

Beverly P Peffer

Social Media Marketer

** *** ****** ********** ***

Wholesaler in Real Estate

Remote Notary Public/RE Closing Agent

Former Apt Manager/Owner

570-***-****

Residing in PA

Willing to Relocate

Certified/Bonded Notary Public

Approved by the State of PA

To Whom it may concern,

My name is Beverly Peffer.

I am a woman who loves to learn daily and work independently. As a hobby for many years, I have loved marketing using Vimeo, Blaster Suite 2.0, plus 200 other programs for marketing: keyword Ninja 2.0 and three other programs. I use 2 programs to evaluate SEO and ranking programs, video software too. I have developed blogs with Word Press, press releases, websites, website content, scripts, e books, video ads and presentations.

While I was an over the road trucker, I kept purchasing marketing programs, being that I knew I did not want to continue driving after four years. While driving (on break) I made calls to real estate investors (3 - 4 years) to locate properties that matched their needs for investing. Plus, I always want to learn as much as I can.

I am an expert in several fields, as you will see below most of my adult life (15 years) has been in Credit/Collections Management. I have owned my own Dog/Cat Grooming business with retail sales.

Due to the interest rates being high, notarizing work has been slow. I have been working for myself at Accurate Loan Closing LLC. I am Certified Remote/Mobile Notary Closing Agent since 2020. I am Certified with NNA as a Notary Public and with LSS as a Loan Signing Agent. I have closed over 125 plus signings which include Auto Loans, medical files, Refi’s, Buyer, reverse mortgages and sellers’ loan applications and closings.

Over 20 years ago my husband and I developed a “Photo Classified” publication (before cell phones) of horses; where I designed and wrote all the content.

My hobbies have been a lifelong writer and editor. I have purchased marketing programs while I was a trucker to have products that I could use to make marketing easier for me and other businesses

Thank you,

Beverly Peffer
