OBJECTIVE

SUMMARY

To obtain a part time position in Customer relations with regards to the travel industry.

i have worked for over 30 years in the Mental health field dealin gwith patients whi are troubled

as well as the mentally ill. I served as liason between the hospital setting and the community. I

supervised, trained and facilitated classes, groups activites and one to one seeeions with over

100 staff in the hospital setting. I also worked for 10 years setting up trips and tours for various

churches and organizations using local charter services and naional hotel chains. I also have

provided music for various churches since the age of 16.

Lead Psychiatric Technician -Memphis Mental Health Institute. Memphis, Tennessee

Supervised over 50 direct care staff within the famework of a psychosocial rehabilitation model.

Trained staff members in Red Cross and American Heart CPR, Fire safety and Crisis Prevention.

Scheduled staffing assignments. Facilitated Recreation and daily living groups and activities.

Supervised patients on trips and tours. Assisted in facilitation a nationwide Crisis Intervention

Training program for not only local but national Law enforcement personnel. Assisted in initiating

"The Learnig Center" the first Psychosoicial Rehabilitation program for short term resident of the

hospital.
